Screen. Here you can see different tiles for different respective
options like desktop tile to switch to the desktop mode. Whenever you
login your PC the first thing that appears on the screen is start
screen. From there you can now go to desktop several other feature or

After making some changes on the system you find that your desktop or other tiles are missing from the start screen. Well you can have them back on the start screen. Simply follow the steps below- Press Windows + C to bring up the charms bar and search for Desktop. From the results that appears on the left pane click on it Or open All Apps to locate the desktop icon
- You can now see the App command prompt at the bottom of the screen. Here select Pin to start screen and your desktop tile will be added to the start screen.
