High CPU usage while playing games on Windows 8 PC

Is your PC slowing down or CPU usage increases while playing Flash Games? Many flash games are loaded with high graphics that consumes CPU resources, but at times there are certain other reasons that causes high CPU usage. Firstly, try running the flash games on other system and see if it causes the same issues on other system. If not then the fault lies with your system hardware or other components.
Have you installed any new updates for the flash drivers on the system? If so then undo the changes or return to its later version. If not, then update your flash driver. Outdated drivers can be the leading culprit increasing CPU usage.
Now, check whether the problem prevails when you are not playing Games. If so, then it might be the video card or Graphics card issue. Update the graphics or video card driver to its latest available version and see if it helps in lowering down the CPU usage.
If not, then the HDD or GPU (graphics card) is in question. A failing or faulty GPU or HDD can increase the CPU usage. Check that your system CPU temp or core temp is normal as it can overheat the system and can damage the other equipments too. If GPU turns out to be a faulty one, then it has to be replaced.
Contact your manufacturer regarding the issue and replace the faulty internal hardware components to minimize the CPU usage.
Avoid running number of Apps at a time as this also increases the CPU usage. If replacement of HDD or GPU is needed make sure you use a compatible hardware of same make and model to ensure proper functioning of the system.
